NIGEL

Nigel’s classes our powerful and nourishing, building strong bodies and minds. Nigel has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, seeing it as a support to his practice of meditation which has been part of his life for much longer.

His focus is on the more vigorous vinyasa approach to yoga, particularly Ashtanga and Jivamukti. Nigel completed the 300 hour Jivamukti teacher training in 2008 and has since been teaching vinyasa yoga classes in England and Ireland.

He encourages students to stretch their belief in themselves, bringing humour and a lightness of touch in teaching more challenging postures, while offering more accessible alternatives as needed. You will leave the class feeling light and invigorated.

Maxine

Maxine is Passionate about creating a yoga practice that is accessible and enjoyable for all. Her classes build strength and stability while creating heat in the body and contribute to regulating the nervous system. A movement practice focussed on aligning and restoring mind, body and breath. Expect to leave her class feeling grounded and at ease.

ANDY

Andy lives a stone's throw from the ancient site of Carrowkeel in rural County Sligo. He is a multi-instrumental musician and singer and has taught West African drumming since the 1990s. He is also a Reiki
Master and Crystal Healer. Andy's first experience of sound healing was in the mid 2000s and it
was transformational. This led him to study with Simon Heather, subsequently qualifying as a tutor for the college in 2014. Andy loves to share the experience of conscious healing sound through voice, gongs and other instruments, be it in a group or one-to-one.

AILEEN

Aileen offers 200-hour training and various CPD programs. With over two decades of yoga experience, she blends philosophy and asana practice, emphasizing self-exploration. Aileen trained in India and the UK, holds teacher training in mindfulness, and offers weekly Iyengar classes and chair yoga sessions. Yoga and mindfulness are integral to her daily journey. Expect to leave her class feeling rejuvenated and centered, ready to take on the day with a sense of peace and clarity.

RACHEL

Rachel is passionately committed to personal growth, continual learning and community. Her classes are energizing and inspiring, grounding and nurturing. She encourages her students to turn their focus inward, to tune into their own unique experience and expression of their practice, therefore creating a deeper awareness, understanding and acceptance of the self.

HILDA

Hilda combines Ashtanga, Yin, Reformer Pilates, and Reiki Level 1 in her teaching. With four years of immersion in Australia’s yoga scene, she brings diverse style to her class. Hilda emphasis’s functional movement while nurturing the spiritual and healing aspects of the practice. A background in nutritional science and a passion for health inspire her approach, with nature serving as a constant source of inspiration. Expect to leave her class feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and connected in mind, body, and spirit
